Pretty disappointed in my experience here. Called a few days ago and asked to have a pair of shoes held for me to try on in store. Whoever was working that day didn't bother to check to see if they were still in stock (and didn't call me back, either), so when I arrived to the store I was informed that they had already been sold days earlier. I drove from out of town to try/buy these shoes and this is pretty weak customer service from my perspective. Definitely a sure fire way to hinder repeat business.
