Ryan is AMAZING! During our difficult time last year, he was kind, professional and so helpful! It was nothing we wanted to do, as it was an unexpected loss. But Ryan showed compassion during such a difficult-very emotional time. Highly recommend! Our family is thankful and appreciative!
Before my mother passed, I called around the area, needing help and education during a crushing time. The first step was getting a return phone call, then a helpful, understanding person and being walked through the process with dignity. The only entity in town which met all criteria was CDA Cremation and specifically, Ryan Rasmussen.
From the first pick up (on the first ring) to call backs, patiently answering my questions at each stage (eg not quite ready but here’s what you can do and prepare for) to proactively calling and letting me know that if this occurred while he was on vacation, who to contact etc., my experience was without err. In fact, she did pass over 4th of July weekend, the entire town was apparently busy ~ and all services from emergency to pick up were many hours delayed.
This could have been traumatic, worsening an already hard time, but thanks to Ryan’s thoughtful, proactive nature, it went as well or better than I’d have imagined.
The cost was by far, the best deal in town.
The paperwork details, some of which required a little effort, Ryan made efficient and smooth. Not that I wish to go through this again, but death is a part of life, and when that occurs, I’ll be a customer of CDA cremation.
