I had such a wonderful experience here. The clerk cleaned my ring for free and it looks as good as the day I bought it! Really friendly and 10/10 customer service.

I had a nrckalace from my late wife to be fixed that i tangled and broke, it was a confusing neckalace to me, I yook it in to be detangled. unbent and fixed back together, It wasnt fixed like it was supposed to be, I was trying to get it like original, they put it back together and attempted to get it straigtened out but it wasnt right. I called and they had ne come back and he said vould work on it some more and I did that. Its still not right, In my opinion it was a confusing neckalace and I did mess it up, but they said they can do it abd it wasnt a problem... I was going to pay whatever to have it done, at the time money wasnt the issue since it was my loves neckalace, but maybe it was too hard? im not too positive , they were super nice to me and friendly, maybe they are good for more simple fixes? it bothers me everytime i put it on but oh well. very friendly people there.
