We arrived at Coffee Creek to find something much different than the photos portrayed. The reality about this spot in the middle of nowhere, was that our RV held the only campers there that weren't permanent residents. ||||While the hosts were incredibly friendly, and the location was beautiful, the rest of the place was pretty sketchy. Old dilapidated trailers that seemed like they could be meth labs peppered the woodland landscape. Sad dogs on chains barked at you on your way to the bathrooms. The playground was a falling-apart 70s-era swingset. ||||The space was beautiful and again, the hosts were very friendly - but I couldn't get past feeling sketched out.

Nice campground. Sites pretty level and well maintained. Hubby enjoyed the clean showers but wished they would have kept them open after the summer crowds were gone. We had intended to spend the winter here but thso many farrow cats that would fight under the trailer at night and peed all over the lawnchairs..

Just got back from a wonderful trip to the Trinity Alps. Stayed at Coffee Creek Campground and RV park hosted by Willy and Jo . They were most welcoming and could answer questions about interesting sites in the area. RV campsite 19 is generous sized and closest to Coffee Creek , a delightful creek bordering the campground. Our puppy learned to swim in it. Other campers were friendly and respectful. Enjoyed our weeklong stay in this well maintained RV park.
