Coinstar Kiosk – Bitcoin ATM

I was denied my coinstar value ticket due to recent scams that have been occurring. This is so unfair because I was not warned that I had to cash it that very day. There should have been a disclosure stating that, I don't know when the policy changed because I was always able in the past to cash it out weeks, even months later! What a rip off to the honest customer!! I should at the very least get store credit for my $10.08 coinstar ticket! I'm very disgusted with Coinstar and Safeway who are now scamming the consumer!! 👎🏽
