Superior did a phenomenal job with our move-out during our water damage reconstruction effort. I was surprised to see the low rating for Superior on the website. Most of those reviews are pretty old. My experience was in June 2023; this team got an A+ rating in my book. These are organized and hard-working folks. I felt really comfortable having them in my home and handling my items. They even found a gift card and brought it immediately over to me.
I want to personally thank Cody, Jerimiah, Travis, Angel, Shawn, and Waldo for the work they did for me. As well as leaders Thomas, Wendy, and Vicky.

We had an excellent Project Manager Thomas C. Thomas was professional and knowledgeable. He did a walkthrough of our house, documenting our moving needs and asking questions to clarify my requirements. Thomas took care of the insurance billing and advised me when I should contact the insurance company for items like extending our vault storage. Thomas was easy to get in contact with and responded the same day to my questions.
Our pack-out occurred over 3 days, we had a team of 5-7 people on site supporting us each day. We worked with two site leads Wendy & Vicky who are experts in packing protocol and cataloging our personal items. Vicky and Wendy kept everyone coordinated so the work proceeded quickly with everyone knowing their roles.
I adored our moving team; the crew was personable and careful with my items. The team answered my packing questions and accommodated me when I wanted to pull something out of the pack pile. Everyone was respectful of my property and my pets who were still onsite. Nothing was damaged during our move. The team also worked hard even in the 85-plus-degree weather.
At the time of this review, construction is still ongoing, so we have not moved back yet. But I trust my Project Manager Thomas will work with me and I hope to see some familiar faces working with us again.
Thank you Superior, you brought us a measure of peace during our water damage incident. Knowing my belongings are safely stored is one less thing on my plate.

We had a bit of a tragedy this year with a water line break and flooding to our bonus room. I reached out to Superior and was connected with Debbie. She was attentive and listened to my panic while quickly assuring me that help was on the way. Within minutes she had confirmation that Fidel and his partner had been dispatched. As promised they had arrived at my home within 45min, knew what my story was and need for help.
