Not really my favorite place to get ice cream since it's a bit too "hearty" for me here, but I haven't personally experienced any of the problems with employees a lot of people seem to be complaining about. Sure, I've been to places with sweeter employees, but I've always received efficient service here. I haven't received any wrong orders, and whenever they've been slow it has been due to a lot of people rather than them being incompetent. At this location, I tend to get more weird looks from the other customers than from the actual employees, but after reading some reviews here I'm really not surprised.

Closes down their DoorDash and Uber deliveries early by saying they’re closed when they’re not usually between 4 pm to 6pm.

Finally took the kids to have coldstone , worst ice cream I ever bought and extremely overpriced $26. 2 out of 3 of our “creations” taste like frozen nothing.. extremely dissatisfied and $26 in the toilet … luckily Angels Donuts and Ice-cream is open down the street.
