Horrible customer service. Placed an order through their website online, 2 hours later no delivery. Finally got ahold of driver and said he couldn't find our address, which is impossible as we live on a major street. Call the store for 20 minutes and no one to pick up. Finally spoke to Dan who couldn't do anything to help. Had no idea what was going on and provided zero assistance. Couldn't refund my money because that isn't his job. Awful.

I don’t know if the workers were just having a bad day but it was a very bad day. The workers were rolling their eyes when a customer was trying to decide what they wanted and then when they did decide, the employee made the absolute worst cold stone creation I have ever witnessed. It was not mixed at all. Customer service skills on the employee end needs to be looked at big time or business will decrease tremendously, I guarantee it. People are not blind, we do business with people they like, and these young ladies last night were not likable.

I love Cold Stone. One of my most favorite ice cream spots to go to. However, we are currently in a day and age where an update on serving procedures is required. To avoid transmission of germs and what not. On the last 2 visits of mine to this location, I noticed an employee who does not wear gloves while preparing the ice cream. The other employees do, thankfully, but not him and I can’t help but think it’s off putting. Because sure the other employees are wearing their gloves when scooping out the ice cream and what not, but his bare hands are going in there too, hopping from one to the other... probably should’ve spoken to the manager about this but honestly don’t have the mind set/energy to even bother. Instead I’ll just be mildly-disappointed and avoid going to this location
