I have worked twice with Betsy at Mike & Sandi Real estate now. Once to purchase our house, and again to sell. Both endeavors have far exceeded my expectations. I only wish Betsy could be my realtor for life, but unfortunately we have since moved from Washington.
Far from just helping us sell our house, she was really a life coach during those two months. Everything from providing a stager and awesome photographer, to helping us find a quick and very affordable house painter, she continued to go above and BEYOND to get our house sold for top price.
We were in the process of moving out of state, so the logistics were at times difficult, but Betsy never let us down. In fact at one point I had to call Betsy in a panic because we had locked ourselves out of our own house (this was after we had moved out and were returning to do a few updates per the buyer’s request) . She was on a boat on a weekend vacation trip, but still answered my call and worked tirelessly to find a fellow colleague that could meet us that day to open up our house’s realtor lock box.
She’s a gift, truly, and I now view her as a friend. We happily sold our house quickly for above asking - all thanks to Betsy and the team at Mike & Sandi Real Estate.
