I have been in my (first) new home for almost a month and can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Bob! He was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. We worked with Bob to sell our home in Washington while relocating to another state. He worked up a great marketing plan that resulted in multiple offers & an accepted contract within 4 days of listing. He's very knowledgeable about what appeals to buyers in different neighborhoods, and great at spreading the word about your property. We would highly recommend Bob!

Bob was referred to me by a colleague and a friend. Seems he does excellent work for several people I know! I called him on recommendation, and he did not disappoint. We closed on 3 duplexes this spring, and he helped me get the price I wanted, and negotiate the work to be performed prior to closing. He also referred an excellent lender who made the process simple. He was there every step of the way, and communicated everything- including the challenging news. Working together, I felt like he always had my best interests at heart. And, he took care of me as if I was a cherished best friend. He was prompt, responsive, empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, and proactive.
