Tenants ALERT ALERT ALERT !!!! Be cautious when renting an apartment especially with this MARIA TORRES lady. If you're smart you will listen to me. Take pictures of every single spot in that apartment because they will take all your deposit.. The apartment was given to us in a certain condition and there were never any repairs in that apartment. When moving out they pinned all the damages that were there already when we received the apartment. So please tenants be cautious these people are shady and will steal your money. I would go elsewhere honestly. I wish I could give negative stars...Maria also stated that we will get our deposit back and nope she lied !!! She said there may be just some deduction but you will get your deposit.. she's a lying conniving human being.

My wife and I recently decided to moved out of the high desert. I called Coldwell Bankers to do the listing. Kristina was our agent. We were a little worried about our home because we moved out of it as it was being listed, and we were concerned about leaving it vacant. Our house sold extremely fast and I feel like we got a very good price for it. Kristina kept in constant communication and made the process very easy and as stress free as possible. With the house being vacant throughout the process, Kristina went to the house regularly to ensure the house was secure. We moved about an hour away and Kristina made ever effort possible to keep us from having to make any unnecessary trips back to the high desert when dealing with the sale. We are extremely satisfied with their professionalism.
