I've just starting renting with Coldwell, and so far it has been a good experience. Lisa and Amanda in the property management department were great, very helpful and professional. This whole process has been a nightmare for me, so I appreciated that they were willing to work around my crazy schedule.
At first I was wary of how many payments and how much paperwork was required up front, but I actually really loved that by the time I got keys, I was done. I had a very different, very poor experience with my last management company, so this was a great change of pace.
UPDATE: 08/12/19
Having just cleared the move-out process with CBFR, I want to again emphasize that I really appreciated the respect and professionalism that the property management team brings to the table. I would heartily recommend them for people moving into the area.
