2021 UPDATE - I have not used Cole regularly for service but after working with Johnie Medina in the service department I will travel the extra distance to go there. Johnie was great - friendly, informative, kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle repair. He was definitely the best dealership service advisor I've dealt with in years.
