My husband and relocated from Washington State to Southern Mississippi and used Coleman. They were very professional and courteous. We decided to have them pack us and unload us. From the admin staff that coordinated everything to the driver and crew that packed and unloaded it was a pleasant experience. Thank you Coleman Team.

We moved from Seattle to Dallas. Working with Coleman was pretty seamless from start to finish. We had them pack most of our things in which they were careful and thorough. Everything arrived in good shape. We did move in January, which is probably a slow time of year, so it did take about two weeks for our things to arrive. One item where Coleman went above and beyond was with our car move. The third party company hired to ship the car had the dates wrong. Coleman stepped in and on short notice found another company that could keep our dates without an increase in cost. Would definitely use them again.

Let me start by saying, the driver was great, and my goods and vehicle made it across the country.

However…

I was assigned a moving coordinator, that I talked to once and immediately went on vacation for multiple weeks afterwards, without any communication or replacement.
I called to make changes in boxes and labor required, multiple weeks before the move. I talked to multiple people, including the sales guy and the moving coordinator supervisor, about needing more labor. The day of the move, the driver had been told nothing and had to go get more boxes, and the move took much longer.
I was told my car would need to be shipped the 18th of the month to reach its destination by the 3rd of the next month. The car was actually there 5 days later.
Salesman said he’d contact the alliance warehouse at my destination, he did not, warehouse was surprised by a random car appearing at their location.
While unpacking, we found box cutters stuffed into my 2 year olds toy box, that were not ours. We found unsheathed knives and scissors loose in our boxes.

The driver was great, we haven’t found anything broken yet. Otherwise, I would say I was severely disappointed by the move.
