They bill for accumulated interest on all accounts even medical and try to bill you for those additional cost and don’t remove when you pay a settlement they just mark as settlement not a paid off. You may owe a certain amount listed on credit report and they provide a different pay off due to interest they attached to your debt.

CCOC are really a bunch of idiots. Do you really think you are helping your clients by being rude and nasty? I know I wouldn't be willing to pay a bill to someone who can't even keep proper phone records, rude and nasty to those trying to resolve a problem, and loses payments. Amazingly enough after filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency the missing payment from the insurance was found. Filing the second complaint today with the same agency for false credit reporting. Hope they enjoy the fines sanctioned.
