Shabi is AMAZING, always professional, extremely nice. I started going a few months ago because I was feeling bloated and bogged down. I was taking medication that wasn’t allowing me to poop regularly. After my first 3 sessions I felt amazing!! She is truly providing a service that people like me need. After your first colonic you will feel a difference but after 3 you will definitely feel 100% better. I can go on & on but honestly if you’ve been on the fence about getting one don’t hesitate call Shabi!

She embarrassed me and took my money because my earring accidentally fell into the machine before we even started. Because it took her husband 10 minutes to drive over there to open the machine up and get it out, she cancelled my appointment and made me leave. She didn't offer me to reschedule and made me feel really bad, scolding me for something so fluke and out of my control. There are stressors that come from owning your own business, but tossing a returning client out so unapologetically was very, very tacky. My appointment was at 10:15, I got there early at 9:52, we go into the room, my earring falls into the hole, she calls her husband to come help and then she literally waved me out of the room telling me I was cancelled and not rescheduled... I will admit I was upset and we briefly argued but I left, under the impression that she fully intended to keep my $95.... she then had the audacity to call me and text me several times at 10:17, stating that they got the earring out and that if I didn't come back to have her perform the service, she would return some of the money, but after taking a cancellation fee. I'm so confused that she would think I would come back after she was so quick to dismiss me, then to tell me God told her to return only some of the money? What a terrible way to do business. I didn't do anything wrong that would warrant her to wave me and my money off like that. Shame on you for offering such an intimate and vulnerable service, to be so cold and over reactive.
