We inquired about a banner and went in person to give exact dimensions. The rep, Kevin, took down the size and make completely wrong size. After we contacted him to fix the issue, he said he did not know about the size. What was the point of going in person then? His solution to fix his mistake was give us 50% off a completely new purchase separate from this. WHY WOULD I PAY TWICE WHEN THE FIRST ONE WASNT EVEN DONE RIGHT? After we asked to speak to his manager he hung up on us. We called back and he hung up on us again.
Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I questions the morals of this company.
Take your business else where and give it to someone that deserves it.
