This was my first time at this location. My friend and I needed some much needed creative time, and choosing to go here was no mistake. They were accommodating when I needed to change the date, and they were well- stocked with paint colors and items to paint. There was a small issue with wrong pricing on my friend's item, but they fixed it with no issue. Will be returning.

the experience in-store was great! I went with family and friends for my birthday and everything was fine, we even got our pieces back earlier than expected. unfortunately, mine came back with what looks like sharpie marks and even a spot that it looks like someone tried painting over with white. I wish they let me know when we picked it up rather than opening it and finding out myself.

My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to this! Although, a staff member with green hair greeted us with utter disrespect. Quite frankly we were very disappointed as she put a dampener on our night. She did not even have the decency to call us when our pieces were ready for pickup. Would avoid if she is on the clock.
