We waited over an hour after our appointment to get seen, I think it's unfair that they took other appointments before us. Definitely upsetting especially when it's for a new born appointment,

I've always had a good experience here. Many rural areas don't have medical service, fortunate to have this level of service in a town of Ephrata's size.
