This was our first time at Columbia Eats, which is new to Longview. We met Max, the owner and he was very friendly and welcoming. The food was very tasty! We had a yakisoba dish and a pasta bolognese and let me tell you, they nailed both! We added some meatballs and edamame for a great lunch. The prices were also very reasonable as well. They’re continuing to tweak the menu some, but the direction is all good. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Max!
