Exceptional service. I have used this funeral home in the past a few times. This time was by far the best service ever. They came out to my loved ones home, sat with him, spoke to him not at him, wrote down all his wishes, spend quite a fair amount of time with him and my husband picking the perfect urn. The funeral home director and coordinator carried out my father-in-law's wishes to the fullest extent right down to his military honors service. These ladies went above and beyond there job. The director herself spoke as we laid my father-in-law to rest, she stepped up when we were at a loss for words. Excellent company!! My husband and I will be using them to prepay for our end of live services as well.

We do not have any plan for my dad but when he passed away we called this place and they came to us right away and helped us transport my dad remains back home 8,500 miles away (Philippines). We were told In other funeral homes that it will be a long process and could take 4 to 6 weeks due to documentation that will take time to process and need to get approve from immigration and also with flight reservations. BUT with this funeral only did it for 2 weeks. I am so thankful for Carynn for doing her very best to speed up this process. She even worked weekend to keep in touch with me with updates. Also thanks to Holly for notarizing the documents. They also had a cemetery and we had a boulder for my dad’s memory in Garden of Tranquility. Again, in behalf of all my family I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work to make this happen and my family to see my dad person for the last time.

I can't express how thankful I am to have had the pleasure of working with Stacy (& thank you Holly) to make arrangements for my 90 year old mother to take the stress off of the family when the time comes for my mother to join my father one day...hopefully not for years to come. Stacy was very professional and helpful in walking me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Columbia Funeral Home to anyone!
