We rented “Cascade Breeze” in Hood River. Communication was great. The place was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. Fantastic for a group of friends.

Do not book with this company! I booked a stay at one of the Columbia River Gorge Vacation Rentals for next summer for my family for a family wedding via VRBO. Amy emailed me 3 days later telling me that she was raising the price by $150 per night and requiring my 4-night stay to be a minimum 5 night stay. Overall, she wanted me to pay about $1,500 more than agreed to. And if I didn’t agree to her new price, she said she would be cancelling my reservation. I tried to discuss with her and get her to honor my booking contract but she refused. She called me but ended up hanging up on me.
