Battery in rental car died on final day of our Seaside vacation, Cayle came out to where we were staying and took care of us quickly. He was super kind and friendly, literally saved the day! Highly recommend Columbia Locksmith.

Mark helped me get my car keys out of the car and when he had technical issues was so kind and tried letting me have a free unlocking - I gave him all the cash I had but I am so grateful! I had a job interview to make and he was so kind and personable! Highly recommend for the customer service alone.

I was able to have a key made for my trailer. Had to take the lock to them and they made 2 keys and made sure the lock worked properly before I left. Only cost me $30 and was glad they were so close to me because I do not have a vehicle to drive. The bike ride was excellent and fantastic customer service.
