Lot is in disrepair and is often dirty. Stores need new fronts and landscaping could use some attention. Plenty of parking. Lots of vagrants.

Under construction, one way street that's tough to negotiate and it's even worse when people cannot read the one way signs and almost get hit. Stay away from here unless you park in goodwill parking lot and walk over, even then your life expectancy is 10mins, depending on who's behind the wheel.
