I was expecting to spend the whole day there since it's so big and the one in the town I just moved from always took hours of waiting to be seen and this ones twenty times bigger but they surprisingly called my name after only waiting for about ten minutes and on my way home about 10 minutes after they called my name. :)

These workers on the speakers for people waiting outside need to learn how to speak up and stop whispering on their microphones or even then why not make it an automated thing a simple text to speech would only have to read the named as they go by mispronunciation would be overall better to hear then a missed call out because the employees are to shy

Get rid of the phone robots and hire people to work the place instead cutting hours
