Naomi the secretary has a hard time understanding addresses..she argues with you when you explain that she is assuming you are part of someone else's property..tried to explain that there are 2 separate legal addresses that she is not taking into account. I am only legally responsibility to my address,not someone's else. She has lumped now 3 separate households into only 1 account. Sheez got nowhere with her waiting over an hour now for someone who might understand that there is three accounts here..
