Terrible customer service. No one at this branch seems to know any details about how Comerica banks. A very frustrating 4 phone calls later and I'm still nowhere close to getting my simple question answered.

I am being bullied to start a checking account by the manager. I have a Comerica check endorsed and fully funded and they won't give me cash, a cashier's check or wired the funds to my account at PNC. The Manager is staring at me also interrogating me like I'm a criminal. So much for not wearing a suit today must be the way I look . Manager asking personal questions on how did I get a check like this, do I work for this company, what do I do for a living and employment. The Manager has not returned my ID. Regardless of the amount of the check when I agreed to start an account as she requested so I can transfer my funds to another bank she refused. Now waiting for her boss to okay some form payment. I will post the final results today
