Hayley is just the best! She guided us every step of the way, from what to do to get ready to list and show our house, to recommendations for service professionals, to bringing and arranging flowers before our open house. She helped us navigate the entire process with grace and humor and we couldn't have done it without her!

Comet Realty was the property manager for a rental I had last year and I had a wonderful experience with them during my tenancy. Any issues with the house were quickly addressed, and although, the house ended up being sold as our lease was expiring, they were very considerate to our privacy and made the move out process very easy. Hayley was always there to work with us if we had any problems what so ever, and I must say it was easily the best rental experience I have had in San Luis Obispo.
