Very very slow. I've had an appointment set up a certain time and my kids do not get seen literally an hr or so later. I have sat there up to 2 hrs before. Work very different than most dental offices ive been to. Once my son got a toy for having points accumulated asked for another one our last visit but miss placed my card and the clerk told my toldder he couldn't get a toy because we lost his booklet with stickers he has obviously had dental visits in the past. I personally ended up takimg him to the store to buy him a toy to keep wanting to go to the dentist and encouraging since that place is a nightmare to them.
