To the owner. Your GM Kiara has lost you 10's of thousands of dollars. She's disrespectful and has no customer service skills. I'm a one of 6 distributor in the PNW. I drive a semi and work with project managers, sales personnel, and techs that all have stayed at this hotel. I was parked legally and have park in the same spot several times. She didn't want the inconvenience of people being upset and calling her cause they had to slow down to see. For 1 I'm legally parked it's not my responsibility to make it convenient for somebody else. 2 people don't need to be driving that fast where kids could be at a hotel. 3 I'm on a federally regulated clock and can't move after so many hours. She then in her sassy way said I'm not joking. I told her I wasn't either. The she threatened to kick me out. Now in the past 4 years the company I work for has put $40-50,000 in this hotel. The night of May 5th was the last dollar your hotel will see. I should have known when I walked thru the door and greeted her only to have her turn away grab a drink. Then the first thing I her from her is ID. No hello no please. I've already contacted your neighbor Fairfield Inn. The morning staff was very nice. As for the rooms for the price it's hard to beat, but Fairfield Inn isn't far off on price. Will see next week how their rooms are. Thanks for the previous 4yrs but as long as Kiara is employed at your hotel we won't be back.
