This is the worst hotel and worst experience we have EVER had. I do not recommend this to anyone regardless of how convenient it is to the dome. You'll be grossed out constantly. If the hotel walking around grosses you out, imagine all the nasty things they don't take care of in rooms.
Rudest people checked us in. I have worked customer service and being unapologetic, and condescending does NOT get you anywhere in life. I don't care if you're having a bad day.
Dust on everything. Random bags of trash left in front of couch.. etc, overflowing trash, ceiling pouring water but no one actively fixing it, random signs saying elevator is broken take stairs but there is no stairs.... most frustrating check in and to walk around trying to find stairs that don't exist is ridiculously frustrating, and then to ask the mean check in people where my room is and they scoff.. just all sorts of wow. There was 1 nice night lady, thanks for getting me forks.
Yes the couch was missing cushions.
There are a couple pros but definitely more cons to this hotel. PROS nice to walk from the dome after a show. Had a decent sleep without much noise from other guests. Breakfast in the AM was good. And staff there worked hard to refill everything. CONS Terrible hotel overall. They have recently been bought by a company that says they are remodeling but the hotel is FALLING APART. Fully booked hotel and 1 elevator broken. So for disabled people the wait to go up or down is crazy long. Rooms not serviced well, no shampoo or conditioner in room. Had to have maintenance come multiple times to snake the tub that wouldn't drain, TV only works by pushing buttons and its hit or miss on what channels actually show up. Most outlets don't work to charge devices. Yet they charge a ridiculous amount to stay only due to the location. Won't stay here again for sure. Yet despite all the problems we had, heard from several guests they had even worse problems. They need to overhaul this place immediately but doubt they will invest all all. So go Somewhere else for sure!
