I booked this place after reading steller reviews. Reached the front desk asked for a room on first floor and was given one. When I checked the room # it was 211 and then I was told there are no rooms on first floor in the hotel (I was like you could have told this when I asked for room on 1st floor). Then I asked if the room I have been given is near to elevator as I had a lot of luggage, I was told - yes. Then went to the floor and was surprised they room was far right in the opposite direction of elevator and near the stairs. Anyways- not a big deal as there are only a dozen rooms on the floor and it didn’t matter much. When I tried to sleep, I couldn’t as the mattress was worn out and sinking in. Next day morning requested for a room change and was promptly provided. Went out the whole day and came back and realized the mattress was better than first room but still not very comfortable. In the morning when I went for a shower, it was not working , again front desk came to rescue and gave me key for another room to take shower. Breakfast was also just average. I won’t give this place a 5 star but would give the person working in the morning shift a 5 star. Rest - this place is a 2 star at best
