I personally like living here very much. Whenever I pass through this city, I will stay in this hotel. First of all, it is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the quilt is very soft. It is located in a hotel at the exit of Highway 289 in Spokane Valley. You can walk to fast food restaurants, nail salons, gas stations, etc.đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

We’ve had great experiences here on many former trips, this time….not as much.||Room itself clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows are pretty great. Everything was in order and AC already going in the room when we arrived.||Property well maintained, but again many dark areas.||Now the bad this trip….||1. Room near end of hall near to the back door….|This has advantages for loading/unloading, but is also the smoking area. As we have sensitivity to that, it made for a challenge. As our AC would pull in faint cigarette smell, and anytime we had to go outside often we had to walk through a cloud of 2nd smoke, which makes us quite ill.|2. Multiple folks with small happy dogs that seem to go off at the sight of anything.|3. Being near that back door, you could feel the impact every time it closed, speaking of you have to pull it closed to actually get it to be secure…||By the time we realized these things we were already unpacked and settled in and didn’t have the energy to inform staff about it.||In regard to staff….|Check in/out were easy, but…. Check in person seemed disinterested until I was all the way at the desk…. Check out didn’t ask about our stay just said thank you for giving room keys, no goodbye or safe travels, notta.||Breakfast I recall being better. Had eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits…but no gravy.. for the warm options, oh, and waffles maker. All the other standard other dry goods pastries, cereal and such. Eggs were blander than bland, scrambled eggs tasted like powder, biscuit was dry as a brick.. so we had to go elsewhere to find any decent breakfast ||I know this place can do better….

In town for a couple of nights, this was conveniently located and reasonably priced. Very clean rooms and facility, large breakfast space that was unusually well maintained, ample parking, unusual layout with long interior corridors (so mind where you park). Lots of places to eat in walking distance and hospital nearby. Noisy area but quiet rooms on the parking lot side. Walls are well insulated but not the floors. We had noise issues our first night, talked to the front desk and were moved without asking for a different room. Really professional and friendly staff throughout our stay, which makes all the difference in the post-pandemic hospitality world. Greatly exceeded expectations for a 2 1/2 star hotel and would stay here again.
