Clean and quiet room. Would give another star, but my friend slipped and fell in the shower. The bottom was not textured and no anti-slip mat was provided. When notified of the accident, the person at the front desk gave us a couple of small towels to put down in the tub. Not good. Luckily for them, my friend is not one to file lawsuits.
The front desk did not offer anti-slip mats "upon request". He said there were none and he had been asking the manager to get them. They should be in every room - not upon request. My friend fell in the tub/shower and hurt her elbow. We are over 60 and such a fall could have been much worse.
