Had a medical problem, temporarily disabled. Contacted CK, they provided two care providers over some weeks. Both providers were excellent, they were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I would have no reservations about contacting CK. again if the need arose.

Poor experience. Unable to change to a more helpful driver and being charge for canceling. The driver is supposed to help the patient get into an out of the facility and the driver refused to help and just hung on her cell phone. The office said I have no choice in drivers, and found that this driver was unacceptable. I was charged $300 for canceling

Comfort Keepers is an excellent home care agency. The Caregivers working for this company really care about the clients and give exceptional service to the clients in their own homes. The office staff keep things running 24/7 365 days a year. I recommend this company to anyone seeking home care or seeking employment in a home care agency.
