Do not shop here! Was promised two weeks (Late March) for my full furniture set for my bedroom. Then it was pushed back almost ten days to the first week of April. First week of April comes, I call them and it's delayed again, without them notifying me. I follow up today because it was suppose to be in late April, now it's the first week of May! The worst customer service I ever had to deal with. After coming to no remedy for this solution, I tell him I want the half of the furniture that was delivered, to return and I want a full refund. He said okay I'll send my guys (this Friday) and hung up the phone, no time no way of saying how he's refunding me when I asked him. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Got my sofa bed here. I am very satisfied with it. Perfect condition. Very fast delivery. The only thing I didn't love is that one of the delivery men asked to use my bathroom where I have all my medications plus my jewelry, among other things. (I live in a TINY condo and have little space...so my jewelry goes on the wall in my bathroom!) He put me in an uncomfortable position and should not have asked. The manager should explain to his delivery men why it is not appropriate to ask.

Beware no Returns. If your item is defective or has problem they offer no return and definitely no refund. It's written on their receipt as well. They talk good before any purchase but after that they won't even try to help you in any anyway. Exactly same items are available online and in nearby furniture shops with decent return policy. I learn this the hard way.
