We listed our home with Tom Shuler, who did an excellent job showing our two adjoining residential lots in Tacoma. He completed a comprehensive evaluation of our home, that was built in the 1930s. He accurately depicted the home's condition, which was reflected in the subsequent buyer's inspection and virtual/still photos. Every step of the way, Tom was easy to communicate with, level-headed, and clear while he guided us through the multiple steps of our real estate transaction. His low-key interpersonal and professional style, compounded with his decades of experience made working with him very easy. He went the extra mile helping us with the last minute things we needed to do in order to complete the sale, as we were out of state at closing. We will not hesitate to use Tom for our future real estate needs.
