They called me offering a settlement and stated they have been authorized for certain dollar amount from the creditor. Then the next day they called back and increased it and said the creditor won't accept the offer and they increase it significantly. Constantly threatening, pressuring, and intimidating me that they will sue if I don't take what they offer. Watch out for them. Especially Paul. Always talks about suing you if you don't accept the offer. I would give them zero if I could.

Got a call from a Don Clark indicating that I owed money for a "Wholesale Merchant Account" [merchant processing]. My contract with the company contained an escape clause that stated I would owe no further money to them if the contract was terminated. Mr. Clark (if that is his real name) didn't want to listen to me; I have Legalshield and will have my attorney call him directly. If anyone tries to intimidate you from this company, buy Legalshield from a local area representative.
