My husband & I have taken our vehicles to Commercial Tire for years. I had an appointment about a month ago to have some work done that a dealership told me I needed to have done. I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars. First a service guy came out & told me they tested one thing & he even showed me the test showing it didn’t need to be done. He said they could still do it if I wanted but it didn’t need to be at this time. Maybe in another year. Then the dealership said I needed an alignment because one wheel was badly out of line. At Commercial they put it on the machine & it showed one wheel was just a tiny bit off so it needed to just be tweaked a little. I feel like they could have done the work & charged me a couple hundred dollars if they just wanted money but they didn’t. I wasn’t charged anything. The only thing I would like for them to do is to make sure all four tires have the same PSI in them after fixing one with a leak. I highly recommend Commercial Tire.

I want to recognize Aaron. He is manager of the Hermiston service center for Commercial Tire. Aaron and his team handled a very specific job that required hard work and skill from his people in very challenging conditions. His leadership and communication are to be commended. Commercial Tire should be proud to have and retain a partner like Aaron in the organization. A huge "thank you" to Aaron and Commercial Tire from a very satisfied customer.
