I called them to pay off debt - money has been debited out of my account but still shows on credit report. Also, never received confirmation letter because they entered my address incorrectly - when I called to ask for a new letter I was told I’d have to wait because only one person could update my address and resend.

They have a collection on my credit, I have called multiple times to get them to send my collection information via mail. Twice they have told me it's already sent and I should have received it. Nothing in the mail. And they've upped the balance since I've contacted them. I contacted them. Not once have they contacted me to try to resolve the debt. This is one of the last negative marks on my credit. I need this resolved

I understand everyone has their own experience but based on these reviews I was terrified to call let alone have my collection with this company, but they were nothing but professional with me. I had the pleasure of talking to Jennifer who again does not seem to be a fan favorite here but she was a huge sweetheart to me and very helpful. To each their own but I was very happy with my own personal experience.
