All the staff where great. Very professional and friendly. I was expecting something like a room down older clinic, but the building and the facility was modern and new. Everything in one building. Pharmacy, lab, doctors... All in one nice building. Even a dentist. Kate Donnaly is my doctor. She is the best general practitioner I've ever had. She is very caring and knows all get patients like they were her family.

This place is absolutely horrible! It is no better than a cattle yard. There are only PAs (physician assistants) not real doctors here seeing patients. I have had multiple bad experiences here. One time the told me I had cancer and to go home and be with my family...turns out it wasn't cancer. Another time I had my doctor sit there for over thirty minutes with her hand covering her face as I tried unsuccessfully to communicate with her. On another visit I asked about having a metal implant checked on because there is a recall on the devices and they have been known to fail and kill people. The doctor told me "I really don't think it is a problem" and refused to address the situation. So in conclusion: if you have a basic cold or something you should be ok but for anything more serious you might want to look for a more qualified clinic.
This place constantly messes up tests. They never follow up. They don't even chart information properly.

The level of care here is excellent. Dr. Marikit Parker is very engaged at every appointment. I highly recommend Ole Health and Dr. Parker to all my friends and family. Thanks Dr. Parker!!!
