The receptionist have the worst hospitality etiquette, don't know how to treat people.
One time we were late 5 minutes to my son's appointment and they refuse to get us in, today we have been waiting over 1 hour for a vaccination appointment they haven't even made eye contact with us to let us know what is going on.
They are however very prompt to go on break right at 1 pm.

Don’t not waste your time booking appointments here. It’s a 3 month wait for a basic appointment and the day of your appointment they will call and say sorry, your doctor is on vacation. We need to reschedule and it’s another 3 months wait. So 6 months to be seen? And not even get a call prior that your doctor is leaving and you need to reschedule? What are they even doing here. Has happened twice now. So 9 months for an appointment? Lol. This clinic is a JOKE

I never write reviews, but I have to because of my experience with Ole Health. I came into my first dental appointment with over 20 cavities (varying in severity) because I lacked insurance and struggled with my mental health for years. During my first appointment, I was very nervous because I didn’t want to be judged or be told that my work was too extensive/complicated for the clinic, but it was the opposite. My dentist is Diana Zwers and from day 1 she made me feel calm, respected, and not judged. She joked with me and actually made an effort to get to know me, my history, and my story. She related to me because of her past dental issues and that made me feel even more safe and respected. On a weekly (sometimes more) basis for 4 months, I’d come into the office to get my work done. Anytime she had a cancellation or patient reschedule, she would ask the receptionist to call me and ask if I was available to come in and get more work done and I always happily obliged. I could have gone to a dentist closer to my house (I live in Marin County), but the care and atmosphere was worth the 45 minute (per way) commute to Napa. Each appointment, I was greeted by the sweetest receptionists who were both so kind and supportive. Dr. Zwers did an excellent job on each tooth to the point where you can’t even tell there’s fillings. She fully explained the entire process during each appointment and gave me a stress ball because of my sensory issues with the drill noises. She also fully understood and respected that it took more local anesthesia for me to get numb and gave me as much as I needed and waited very patiently until I was ready and would ask me if I was doing okay frequently. Now that my treatment is done, I can smile again and not be self conscious about it!! I cannot recommend Dr. Zwers enough. Whatever she gets paid, she deserves a raise!! I’m grateful for Ole Dental and very happy that I have such an amazing dentist.
