Friendly, quick, helpful, fairly priced! I called around 2:30 PM on a Saturday desperate to get a bearing and hub fixed that I just found out about, two days before leaving on a road trip. I asked if there was any way it could get done the same day and explained the situation and Dan said “come drop it off, I’ll start shopping around for the parts right now.” I was headed home just after 5! I didn’t feel stupid or looked down on for not knowing anything about cars, and he did it for hundreds less than I was quoted by a large chain store. I chose this shop based on the most promising reviews I saw in about three minutes of panicked research, and I’m so glad I did.
