My first experience with this bank on a mortgage refinance was terrible. My calls and emails where ignored by D.C. that I eventually had to start my refinance process some where else.

I had a great experience getting a home loan from the Community First team. Went super fast and they made it as easy as possible. I'll definitely use them again.

Seriously should consider any other option for any of your mortgage needs. You'll invest a lot of your time to product hundreds of documents, only to be told they need different versions of the documents you already produced. Then will be told documents need to be signed by a local bank teller, only to have local bank tellers refuse to sign documents. Had our house closing delayed because of CFB/Dora. Had the most stressful experience of my life despite having nearly 80% down for the mortgage with them. Do yourself a favor and find a different mortgage company.
