I love their staff, they’re very friendly and the doctors are always very helpful and supportive. I been visiting this clinic for almos 5 years and I never had any problems, and everyone is very helpful and kind. The only downside is their phone calls waiting time in my last call I have to wait 1:10 min just to get a hold to someone and I was put on hold again for about 5 more minutes.
Two times I have made appointments and the staff was late to show. I had this issue in October of 2023. I also had this issue today on Jan 30th 2024. My appointment today was at 915 am. I listened to the text that asked me to arrive 15 minutes early. As I sat there after checking in. I woild watch several people check in and then get called back ahead of me.
My neck has been having some serious issues. 930 am rolled around and I called the manager. They had to reschedule. I am on a fixed income and this has set me back so much.
I am a combat veteran and the way they treat people here is inhumane. Our community deserves better.
