Unresponsive and unhelpful.
I have had emails ignored for months, maybe even a year or so. Person emailing back has an attitude towards questions and concerns. It is also shown in front of our apartment complex that security is present when they aren't. There have been car break ins, homeless wandering around, and even sightings of random people jumping the fence to get to the pool area. When asked about the security I was emailed back with quote "The security company does drive around but they are not at the HOA 24/7, random patrols are done as well. Please note that a vehicle break-in is not addressed by the security company nor the responsibility of the Board." Within the last 4 years of living here, I have seen security patrol 2-3 times total.

By far, Community Management Services is the worst property management company I have ever worked with. I own multiple properties and this company has never taken accountability for their inaction on the most basic tasks. I've tried to get in touch with "Property Manager" Eric Wills for over two months and I continuously get an out of office email due to a broken foot. I'm assuming Eric's fingers are non-operational due to his foot because he can't return phone calls or emails. I'm about to lose tenants due to Community Management Services refusal to address any needs of their clients. I would stay as far as you can from this company. You would be better off burning your money.

Although they fixed the plumbing issue quickly, they have never responded to my calls or emails about patching the walls. It took a neighbor calling the office for 8 months, eventually every day, for the neighbor to get a response for the wall patching in their unit.
