Karina Sawyer was an amazing realtor! She helped us buy our first home and made the process so easy and comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and buying process, she's wonderful at helping her client understand the real estate jargon. She has a very fun personality and is easy to connect with. She always responds to messages quickly and is easy to get ahold of. Karina helped us to have a great first home buying experience. I will absolutely use her again.

Karina was fantastic from start to finish. She has a lot of experience and it shows. She made our first home buying experience feel easy and clear. Karina and Andy went above and beyond and continue to stay in communication as we settle into our new house and even offering to help with some minor repairs and cleaning. Would recommend to anyone looking for an agent and will absolutely be in contact again when it’s time to sell.

Amazing service from start to finish. Karina went further than necessary to ensure that our experience exceeded expectations. So glad that she (& the entire team) we’re recommended. Andy showed up at our inspection, just in case we could not. It was wonderful feeling like we had both individual service with an amazing support team in the background. Even further, they went above and beyond by welcoming us into the area by giving us advice on shopping, restaurants and what to do and see. Can I give more than 5 stars? Would recommend this real estate group 100 stars if I could. We found more than a real estate agent - we found friends and neighbors.
