We were looking for a store to purchase Disneyland souvenirs since we ran out of time during our park visit and didn’t want to pay the parking prices to goto Downtown Disney. We didn’t realize that this store was only for cast members since that wasn’t advertised when we’re were looking for places online. We are perfectly okay with that and think that is a great benefit for employees. However the person working the front door on November 12th at 4pm was horrible. He was so very rude to us when informing us that a company ID is needed and made a very rude comment as we were leaving which is the basis for the low rating. The store did look awesome but the employee was definitely inappropriate with their response to us.

I've been working for the Walt Disney company for about 5 months now and this is the first time I've been to Disneyland with the benefit of knowing about company D. I highly recommend if you are in the area for any reason going inside of this store. Besides the point that our discount becomes crazy inside the store, some of their merchant things that I believe everyone once at some point in time. Is it a pen that you forgot to get or didn't even know existed, is it a loungefly that you can get for $26, who knows but you might as well check it out anyway! Also, the people who work here are absolutely the sweetest people I've ever met. I absolutely want to just stay in there to talk to some of them.
