Very unprofessional and poor communication! I reached out to Annett since early February and provided her all the documentation so that she can help filling my 2022 tax before the deadline. I asked her for an update multiple times and she said she will get it done by tomorrow or end of the week. But, she never deliver what she said or at least give me any update. A few days before the deadline, I asked if she can get it done or I should go find someone else so I won’t be late. She said she will filled my tax before the deadline. On the due date, I didn’t anything from her so I asked again. She said her father was dying so she filled extension and will get it done soon. But, again she don’t get my tax done as promised ☹️. I had to find someone else to file my tax.
