I was unable to complete my order via their website and emailed them.
They were quick to respond, and very helpful. I sent a screen shot of the order I was trying to place. They prepared the order, sent me a confirmation code awaiting my payment info which I needed to give later in the day due to the fact I was at work, as per my instructions. All done very pomptly, and were very courteous throughout.
Though I would have preferred regular shipping, (i failed to stipulate, though I was notified prior to shipping by CM) they sent it Priority Mail and I received the package in two days. (Thankyou USPS for a fine job getting my package here).
Items arrived well packaged, and exactly as described. The price of the items SMOKES the competition. A fair price for the items purchased for my Epson v500. I got far more for my money than purchasing from those selling the same items on Amazon or Ebay. Even with Priority 2nd day Air shipping added on. And they are indeed, genuine Epson OEM products.
I'm extremely happy with my purchase. And with the service provided by Compass Micro. That's how business is done! That's what I like to see. Job well done guys! Epson picked a winner having you represent them.

I wanted to upgrade my Epson Moverio BT-300 Glasses to BT-35E for drone operation. My BT-300 Interface Puck was outdated and does not support newer drones.
I was able to purchase Interface box for Moverio BT-35E (Product # 1749861) from Compass Micro and plug my glasses right into Interface box (see picture). This gave new life to my glasses and thank Compass Micro dearly for having the part in stock.
My only recommendation to them is to offer international shipping, at least to UK. There is a huge following of my drone operator buddies, wanting to order and have shipped throughout Europe. I am sure there could be other countries as well with interest.
Never received confirmation or even a receipt. Had to contact them via email, their response came as a note on the FedEx shipment. I still have yet to speak to anyone from this company after multiple attempts to contact.
Still no confirmation of purchase, still no receipt, still no reply. Extremely unprofessional.
